Internship Role – Human Resources (Remote, Unpaid)
As an HR Intern, you will be responsible for:
✔ Assisting in recruitment and selection processes
✔ Supporting employee onboarding and orientation
✔ Contributing to employee engagement initiatives
✔ Maintaining HR documentation and records
✔ Assisting in performance management processes
✔ Supporting training and development programs
✔ Participating in HR policy development
✔ Contributing to employer branding activities
✔ Assisting in employee relations management
✔ Supporting HR analytics and reporting
